Let us spoil you
If the pillow isn’t quite right or you would like to have breakfast in the comfort of your own room – not a problem. We will make your stay in our recently renovated apartments as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Breakfast service
We will quietly put a deliciously filled breakfast basket in front of your apartment door upon your request. And if you are really in a hurry you can pick up a coffee, a breakfast sandwich and newspaper at the reception.
Need some groceries?
We will gladly fill up your refrigerator according to your shopping list – even before you arrive.
Bike rental
We have multiple bicycles available for you to use and discover Hamburg by bike. Just let us know ahead of time and we will be happy to reserve a bike for you.
Laundry room for long stays
A laundry room is available to you at no additional cost. If you wish we will arrange for a wash or dry clean service. We will pick up your laundry and return it to you the next day – washed and folded or ironed.
Concierge service
Do you need opera tickets or a babysitter? Maybe you would like to take a walk along the Alster and need a restaurant tip for a romantic dinner. We will gladly help withyou’re your questions.
