From now on von Deska is offering a special location for events, meetings and conferences. In the idyllic backyard of the clinkered Ivy house lies our event house the Ivy Lodge. The freshly renovated and furnished in a clear and classy style location is available for workshops, meetings and shootings.
In contrast to uniform conference hotels and congress centers, the Ivy Lodge offers a suitable surrounding for creative work. The sun-drenched room provides space for up to 10 persons on a surface area of 40 square meters.
Optionally sports equipment and yoga mats are available. As an extra option, our staff can book a personal trainer for your exercise unit.
The event location in the center of the city. We recommend you the journey by train, as the subway stations Klosterstern and Eppendorfer Baum lie within walking distance.
After the meeting or event, the participants can book one of our 19 apartment rooms for a comfortable overnight stay.
The renting of our event location is either possible on a fee-per-hour basis or for complete days. The offered price already includes the high-quality interior with Wishbone chairs by Carl Hansen and a vintage design conference table. The small kitchen area is provided with a automatic coffee dispensing machine by Jura and a refrigerator. Coffee and water are free of extra charge. If requested, we offer to organize a catering for your event. How about a business lunch in the inspiring atmosphere of the lodge? We offer various catering options from which you can choose the best one for your aspiration.
Use the 70” flat screen with Apple TV and our moderation case, which you can rent for a small surcharge, to present your new product or develop creative ideas with your team on a flipchart or a pin board.

Workshops, conferences and think tanks
The conference table provides space for up to 10 persons in a block seating formation in conference style. To keep the mind clear, the air-conditioning cools the room on warm summer days. The beautiful garden that surrounds the event location is well suited for coffee breaks and walks.
Conferences, readings and lectures
The conference room offers a capacity of 40 participants when seated in rows of chairs. Apple devices can be easily connected with the apple TV via Wi-Fi. Standing desk, projector, flipchart, 70 inch flat screen TV are also available. If you require additional equipment, we would be happy to organize it for you. If you wish to have a breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a small snack for the coffee break, we can organize a catering service for you or book a table in one of the excellent restaurants nearby.
Exercise and work
Mens sana in corpore sana. At von Deska you can live according to this wisdom. The Ivy Lodge impresses by plenty of space and modern sports equipment. You can also book a personal trainer with us. The beautiful Innocentia Park is ideal for running. There is also a beautiful running route along the banks of the Kaifu. After the sporting activity, you can continue your work with a fresh spirit. Of course, we also offer healthy meals in the form of salads, fruits and freshly squeezed juices.
Pop-Up Store
You have the commodities and we have the business space. Make up your Pop-Up Store in a beautiful, bright sales room. Tables for presenting your goods and drinks are provided.
